    "easy to use"

    Pros

    seems to find drivers that are not on the dell update site.

    Cons

    very slow . so as to make you buy the full package.
    i get a warning while updating drivers saying something like. these drivers are not compatible for your computer. but it still updates them. very odd. im using dell vista laptop.

    Summary

    my laptop was working fine before using this program. so i cant say if it makes it better or not. it hasnt made it worse anyway.
