- Depends on system told specifications
- once all updates done & you change system specification the new hardware is not recognised even you if reinstall Slimdriver
- in two cases the driver files were rejected by Win xp Sp3
- does not verify if the downloaded drivers have been installed or not -

I nearly give this a full pot. But as I said I think the Pro version is a little better I couldn't give it full, If I think there is a better version. But as a free version you get often the most you need.

Fast and easy to use and simple to operate and run. Pretty much just does everything itself so even better.

None as of yet. Kept wanting me to upgrade to purchase version and that got frustrating but other than that nothing.

Pros
Easy to analyze and update current system drivers or load the most current drivers during a full system re-install of the OS. Takes the guesswork out of which drivers your devices need and even advises you if one of the drivers it selects is an older version than what you have.
Cons
The free version will only allow you to manually install one driver at a time from a list of all available drivers and can be time consuming, however being that it is free I don't see this as a con, as it's still significantly easier than locating and downloading them from either the manufacturer or a series of manufacturers. As a free piece of software it earns a 5 star in my book.
