Even if you are not a computer nerd you can easily read the instructions and follow the screens in this program. It does things that you would otherwise not be able to do. For example, it cleans areas like the register and takes out file and file parts left behind by deleted programs. In addition it gives you the consensus of other users on the level of threat for each item so you don't delete anything that is important to running your system. I can't say enough. It speed up my system and freed up lots of space. Highly recommended by me.
Cons
The red yellow and green bands were a little confusing at first. If the band is completely filled in out to the end in green it is a safe file you don't need to delete. Also it seemed like it automatically checks dangerous files for removal, but I wasn't sure it always does that. Those things are very minor "cons".
Summary
Just what I was looking for. Many "cleaner" programs out there and I picked this one because of the consistent 5-star rating and was happy. I have tried others, but this was the most complete and easiest to use.
