"One of the top launchers, but I had a problem with it"
Pros
Small & unobtrusive. Colour, font, etc. configurable. Position it where you want. Easy to add stuff, especially with Magic Dropper feature. Make your own keywords. Opens progs & files very fast.
Cons
A big annoyance for me was it wouldn't remember my preferred time/date format, which changed to something incomprehensible at every bootup. The only support is by posting on a moderated Google Group whose most recent post was 16 days previously.
Summary
After 2 days my query had not even appeared on the group, never mind the uncertainty of whether anyone could answer it. I find this unacceptable, so I have uninstalled SlickRun & replaced it with Executor.

Update to my review: I received a reply after 3 days, by which time I'd got round the problem by opting to have no display at all in the command line. However, the software did not suit my needs as it launches programs or websites only, and not files, folders and utilities.
