Summary
I have been using SLACKER since its inception. I am someone who doesn't want to create play-lists nor do I want to be limited to my own collection. At the same time I don;t really have the time for music discovery online. Slacker fits what I need and am looking for in terms of music. I like that I can enter a group or artist and then follow the links to similar groups. This has enabled me to find a lot or artists that I had never heard of. Managing your stations is easy and the fine tuning options work as advertised. I use the free service and the commercials are unobtrusive. Plus I never need more than 6 skips an hour. Fortunately I started using Slacker when they still offered and supported a software player. It still works but sometimes with a glitch. I wish they would bring this back as it sits nicely in a corner of your screen taking up almost no space.
