Version: SkypeLauncher 1.3.3
"Does not work on lower then Windows XP."
Pros: Nothing works.
Cons: You need first to Install Skype, but there is no valid Skype software for PC's lower then Windows XP.
Summary: The skype Launcher can't work without the Skype program.
You need first to install the latest version of Skype on your PC. But Skype for lower then Windows XP is not possible.
There is NO valid version of Skype for (by example) Windows ME or Windows 98.
So even if the Skype launcher works on lower Windows version, without a newer
version of Skype nothing works.
This is a hoax, created by software developers.
Lucky for me the software was for free. I could only un-install it.

Well, first of all, how should a tool for a program work in a lower OS than the one the program was designed for?
Well, second, have you ever seen a tool/plugin/add-on that could be installed while not having installed the software it is made for first?
By the way, I really couldnīt find Windows ME/98 in the list of compatible OSs included in the readme.txt file ;)
So giving 1 star for no reason besides the hoaximplication (from which source does this thought derive?) seems a little bit odd :D
