"Who can argue with free phone & video calls"
Pros: Video works over a wide range of transmission speeds.
Cons: I wish that it worked with iChat

"For the most part I can't do without it."
Pros: Nice to be able to talk to my son i Spain every week for free and even when I cal him on his phone the price is minimal.
Cons: Some weeks we have to recall because we get dropped out or we loose part of the conversation
