Have to install using a PC.
Summary
I used it to make a four way conference call with two of the parties in the Caribbean. Didn't have any delay or sound issues using it on Wi-Fi. I could still post to twitter and check email with my phone freezing or locking up. Best if you use headset while on the call.

If it works on Pocket PC, then great, but that's not what this says it's for.
Cons
None, for Windows Mobile 6.5 - the installer complains that "SkypeMobile is not a valid Windows CE application." and fails.

You can make international calls using Skype rates.
Cons
Can't use WiFI for Skype calls, so all Sype calls use Verizon minutes and their network.
Uses Verizon minutes for Skype calls.
Some call delay in voice.Summary
Verizon needs to stop trying to make applications compete with their voice service. While the app works as expected, your cannot use Skype to avoid paying Verizon for minutes: which is the whole purpose of Skype duh.
