SkinStudio is a WindowBlinds skin-creation tool that lets you customize the Windows 98/ME/NT/2000/XP user interface with skins that you design and create. Version 1.2 include unspecified bugs fix identified in version 1.1. Version 1.6 adds support for Smartbuttons and makes it possible to literally draw up your interface in a program like Photoshop and import it in as a template bitmap and assign to various GUI controls.
