SkinStudio lets you create your own Start bar, Start button, title bar buttons, push buttons, scrollbars, toolbar icons, progress bars, and much more. Your new interface can then be applied by popular programs such as WindowBlinds to change the look and feel of the entire Windows GUI.
SkinStudio Free 4.5 enables you import MSStyles into WindowBlinds seamlessly. It also allows users to create visual styles with semi-transparent Start menu elements (per pixel alpha blending).

Pros: ENHANCES THE LOOKS OF YOUR DESKTOP WITH A LOT OF NEW THEMES,ICONS,AND WIDGETS.
Cons: IT REALLY SLOWED DOWN MY COMPUTOR. UNLESS YOU'RE REALLY BORED,AND IN NO HURRY,TRY IT. I UNINSTALLED IT AND MY PC RAN FAST AGAIN.

"you get what they think you've paid for..."
Pros: still looking for one!
Cons: Now a days, it seems no one has pride in their work they'll release bad software just to beat a market trend. I was hoping for something to enhance my windows designing, but you get ripped off by everyone these days so what does it matter to try and find good software companies don't care, Cnet doesn't seem to take pride in what they offer either getting so ripping off and Sapm is the way to go... to bad too!
