It is very simple to use and gives a wide range of options. I have never regretted getting it. The customer service is out of this world.
Cons
The only thing I would like to see improved is is there could be a phot editing feature added.
Summary
I have never had an issue that has not been treated as very important and handled immediately. When i first started making websites the Customer service people were SO patient and have remained so always.

Ease of use. Intuitive, end-user friendly interface doesn't require a programmer to create high-quality web-sites by "regular Joe" users, but still has the technical capabilities to satisfy the needs of higher-end developers. Site Spinner allows us to develop websites for customers and deliver the ENTIRE package to them so they can easily alter and maintain their web presence.
Cons
The only issue I have ever run into with Site Spinner is that it doesn't support encrypted uploads to webhosts that require it. While this capability should be included by default, the uploads are easily handled by 3d party software. VM should address this at their earliest convenience.
Summary
I've been using Site Spinner for years. Recently, my computer crashed and, after building another, I had to reload Site Spinner. After all these years, I had misplaced my original registration info. One quick e-mail to VM and I got a very timely reply from Emma with my info and I was up and running in no-time. Not only is this a great product, it's very affordable and comes with a very responsive support staff and and outstanding community of users. If you don't have hundreds of dollar to purchase an ultra-high end web development program that you can barely understand and features that you could never take advantage of, Site Spinner IS THE solution to get your web site up and going.

The biggest is that you can not edit in the code. Big minus. But as I said it is possible to use stylesheets, but not so easy.

Site Spinner has a good balance of rich features in an easy to understand application. Many great tutorials built in covering more specialized techniques. Great value for the money!
Cons
There must be something, and I'm not an expert in website design, but I'm not a newbie either. Maybe the pro's could find something to criticize, but I've yet to discover what it is.

I'm a small business owner who bought Site Spinner in 2003 when I first created my company's website. At first, I bought it for price, thinking I would upgrade to a "better" product when I needed it. As my company grew, I realized there's a lot under the hood of Site Spinner that I didn't realize was there in the beginning. The customer service is great and whenever I'm stumped, I go to the very active forums where someone has likely asked my question already and gotten an answer from the SS staff or the legion of volunteer "experts" that are all so helpful. Also, the product is constantly being upgraded and improved, and upgrades are FREE!

doesnt provide anything for learning html.

Summary
I registered just so I could post this. I wanted to reinstall the program.
I was a previous customer. I paid for this several years ago, with a prepaid credit card. I lost the CC number. I resent some ID info and within 2 hours they resent the registration info. Can anyone ask for anything better than that?
