"Good for a Desktop application"
Pros: Good for a small number of rentals
Can help with taxesCons: If you are looking for something free I would try a free online property managment solution like www.pm-flow.com

Version: SimplifyEm Property Management Software 1.1
Pros: This software out-performs fee-based programs. It can be accessed online anywhere, anytime you need it. Most fee-based programs are on your computer and you cannot access the information anywhere else than your computer or you will pay more fees.
Cons: I dare someone to find one because I have not

Version: SimplifyEm Property Management Software 1.1
"Clean design, very easy to use. Saved me a lot of money"
Pros: Saves Time and Money. It took me weeks to get ready for tax season. This software got me all set up in 10 minutes, 5 minutes a month to maintain, and 0 minutes this tax season. Everything is all ready for your accountant.
Cons: No dislikes
Summary: Being an "accidental" landlord - it's difficult to track the 2 houses and duplex that I rent out. I don't really have the means to hire a property manager, so I am amazed at what I am able to do with this software for free. read more

Pros: Real estate owners have difficulty finding more ways to save money on their rental properties, and SimplifyEm makes it easy. There is nothing better than a free product that can help you save thousands of dollars.
