This software out-performs fee-based programs. It can be accessed online anywhere, anytime you need it. Most fee-based programs are on your computer and you cannot access the information anywhere else than your computer or you will pay more fees.

After researching numerous fee-based finance products, none compared to the simplicity and accuracy of this product. The fact that is is free is mind blowing as well since some of your popular fee based software would charge extra for most of the features of this product. If you own and rent, this should be a part of your toolbox to track income and expenses. It does a good job of generating a Schedule E for taxes too.....Definitely a must Have!!!!!!!!!

Saves Time and Money. It took me weeks to get ready for tax season. This software got me all set up in 10 minutes, 5 minutes a month to maintain, and 0 minutes this tax season. Everything is all ready for your accountant.

Being an "accidental" landlord - it's difficult to track the 2 houses and duplex that I rent out. I don't really have the means to hire a property manager, so I am amazed at what I am able to do with this software for free.
