As simple as it says it is. To me as a non-expert the main advantages are:
a. to get a tidy layout of an existing .css file, you just have to import it and then export it;
b. the app reminds you of styles or properties you may have forgotten, and makes you aware of new ones.
The bits that could do with more work are:
a. the instant preview doesn't inherit properties;
b. the inconvenience of seeing the effects of the edit on the final appearance.
I'm very grateful to the developer.

I use a lot of CSS in my website design.
This app works as listed and is easy to use.
If it had a preview function like CSS Edit has I would rate it higher.
It doesn't work directly on CSS files, it imports them and then you have to export them to CSS...
