From HostM.com Web Hosting :Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) is a good way to specify the styles of fonts and other page elements on your sites. It makes it easier for you to update styles too, because when done right, you only need to make a single change to update the styles on multiple pages and elements. Another bonus is that your visitor's browser needs to load less data per page, helping you reduce your data transfer usage while serving the same information. That means you'll be able to accommodate more site visitors without having to spend more on data transfer. Your pages will also load faster.
To help you work with CSS, we've created a free tool called Simple CSS, which runs on Macs, Windows and Linux. Simple CSS allows you to easily create Cascading Style Sheets from scratch, and/or modify existing ones, using a familiar point-and-click interface.
This new version includes a built-in instant WISYWIG preview, built-in CSS source preview, the window is now resizeable, and some minor bug fixes and interface enhancements.

Version: Simple CSS 1.2
Pros: Well, it sort-of may work and if you are lucky you may possibly produce something with it.
Cons: The user interface is very, very slow to use and the application hung before I had the time to save my test work. After two tests I was fed up with the instability.

Pros: it installd, it runs.
Cons: after downloading the file i was faced with a file named "SimpleCSS[1].zip.bin" the problem here is alot of people have file extensions hidden so all they would see is "SimpleCSS[1].zip" wich would not work, i had to change the name removeing the .bin in order to get a zip file, wich only contained the executable. after the program installd it installd both a simple css submenu on the start menu in addition to an extra start menu item that leads to the program executable wich can allready be found in the submenu, thus a waste of valuable start menu space.

Version: Simple CSS 1.2
Cons: Preview pane didn't work, no copy-paste option in Source Mode so you have to Export code before you can access it. Nice one.
