This text-based adventure game gives you the vicarious thrill of breaking the law. In SimGangster, you live the life of an unscrupulous criminal who ingests oodles of drugs, vandalizes homes and cars, and mugs innocent citizens. You schedule how much time to allot for each shameful deed, and the game automatically plays out your day. Successful criminal undertakings net you points for health, mojo, IQ, and respect. If your sinful lifestyle starts to take a toll on your health, you can reinvigorate yourself by relaxing and sleeping. Though the interface isn't heavy on the graphics, it is nicely polished. SimGangster also displays hints and tips to help you become a better menace to society. The game manages to invoke reality with small touches, such as creative use of slang and weather-related sounds. Though this game is humorous in nature, its liberal use of profanity and references to sex and drugs make it inappropriate for children. Older players who aren't squeamish likely will find SimGangster an engrossing find.Publisher's description

Version: SimGangster 2007
Pros: I could not use the software to tell you what I like about it.
Cons: If you want to download this software, you must be prepared to download harmful software such as adware. My anti-virus program advised me to abort the download and warned of consequences if download was allowed to complete. I aborted the download because I can not tolerate sneaky stuff !
By the way, I use Avast Anti-virus program and I can recommend it to anyone who wishes a free but strong anti-virus program on their computer.

Version: SimGangster 2007
Pros: I had this installed... even paid for the full version... at some point it all went to pieces thanks to my old computer.... however after reinstalling it, I am happy with it and will buy the full version of this updated game...
I now just need to remember how to play it and get better scores again! This game truly kicks butt and I missed it when I couldn't play it :-)
Cons: I don't like that the forums have gone ;-) However, I can understand why they stopped with the hitches they had a few years ago, it would be nice to think that they will come back though.
I don't like that other people have found spyware and am slightly worried about that, although so far I haven't found anything!
