SimCity 2000 is now a fat binary. It contains both 680x0 and PowerPC code and will run in native mode (IE-as fast as possible) on either CPU.
There is a new speed, African Swallow, which runs amazingly fast but does not animate as much.
Support for SCURK is available, should you have SCURK installed.
Several bugs were fixed.
SimCity 2000 now uses a preferences file instead of modifying itself (for the registration information).
