"Excellent Simulation!"

Pros
Realistic fish behaviour and colorings.
Realistic water and lights. Feels like water could come pouring out of your monitor at any time!
Depth of the aquarium is greater than other simulations. You can also view the aquarium from above.
The sound of the bubbling water, waves and ripples are very relaxing.
It's free. Yep. When you buy the coral reef for $14.95 there's a rebate for $15. That means they actually give you 5 cents for buying it!Cons
Two or more fish of the same species look exactly the same - unrealistic.
You can tap the screen to rouse fish if you have a touch screen monitor but it also brings up the menu.
The lights are probably too bright. Need to be subdued more or give the option for night viewing. Dusk and early morning options would also be sweet.
Fish shadows do exist but they can barely be seen. The fish has to be very close to the substrate and still it's barely visible.
Wish they had a fiddler crab, tiger shrimp or rock lobster.Summary
Worth every penny especially since it's free (with the current rebate). It's the most richly-detailed virtual aquarium on the market. Hopefully, in the next iterations, the species will have variations like they do with some of the fishes in Dream Aquarium.

The graphics are good. Things look realistic.

As the title says, the motions are obvious "giveaways" that detract from the realism of the program.

After a minute, ads pop up to buy more fish so I don't get to enjoy the screensaver.
Summary
I liked it but uninstalled it because there was no point if I couldn't enjoy it. I tried the settings but there was no way to disable the ad unless you bought it.

This was so easy to install,my OS is windows xp, no problems. The kids are amazed by the different fish.

Would have a different music backgrounds to choose from.

This is a MUST HAVE if you want the most realistic aquarium available!!! The graphics are the best I've ever seen!!. Everyone that see's this on my PC ask's where they can get it. Great Job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love this screen saver! i didnt know what to expect when it was downloading,but its just soo cool! you can watch it for HOURS and not get bored! i am definatly considering paying for it (if its not too expensive!) :)
