Pros
It works but there are more recent versions.
Cons
The driver automatically updated by Microsoft in 2007 (and listed on their site) is more recent than this version: 6.10.5515. Download.com also has a recent version of this driver from Sept., 2007.
Summary
I checked my PC's installed Sigmatel driver version by clicking the blue orb in the left bottom corner and typing dxdiag.exe in the start box. I compared my version with this version and realized I had the latest version.
Further Google search revealed Download had a more recent version of this driver, 10.0.5609, at http://download.cnet.com/SigmaTel-High-Definition-Audio-CODEC/3000-2110_4-173629.html -

Pros
It is a really good Driver, gets rid of the terrible static and works with all my computers. It has very high quality sound and lets you choose what devices (external speakers for instance) you want to play and what not to. Works on XP + other OS's.
Cons
The sound (when not disabled in control panel) takes a little more than a MB of RAM and the installer is not very specific.
Summary
An awesome sound card and I think it was a great upgrade from my old crappy one! Also the only Driver I could find on the web! :D
