Version: Sib Cursor Editor 3
"Very Easy to use"
Pros: You can turn any BMP picture into a cursor! (should be resized to anything smaller then 255)
VERY Easy to use.
Easy to add Effects.
Really cool program, If you want to make cursors This is the program to use!Cons: Its like a demo.. you can only use it(open up the program) 40 times. But if you leave your computer on all the time, leave the program running, and you'll never have a problem!
Summary: It was diffrent at first, but after a moment of looking at all the buttons it was very easy to understand. and is alot like Most paint programs. It was very easy to figure out. and Was very easy to add layers to, and add neat things.
All I can say is its a very cool program!
