This is a very exciting application - the "new" tab is a nice innovation, as is the ability to see the actual web page without switching to Safari. But I found it less stable, lacking font resizing, and just generally not quite ready to replace NetNewsWire - although I believe that in the near future I may change my opinion if development keeps up at the current pace. -

I absolutely prefer Shrook to the other RSS readers. It's more elegant and Mac-like and while it doesn't have every single feature of NetNewsWire, it does just work. The WebKit integration is great. Got my registration fee right away. Keep up the good work! -
"Not"

It's NOT "NetNewsWire done right." In fact, it's about the same, but a pain to download, costs $20 more than NNW Lite, and is missing NNW's functionality via the Dock icon.
Another problem is that NNW can't import subsciptions correctly if they were exported from Shrook. I think this is Shrook's problem, because it works fine going the other way. I also got an "uxpectedly quit" for no apparent reason, but it only happened once in three days of playing around with it.
In the plus column, Shrook looks better (nice flavicons!) and is very eay to use. If they can make it a little more full featured (more initial subsciptions included would be nice, too) I might pay for it.
Sorry for comparing to NNW, but Shrook is the one naming names.
