"Outstanding and so simple..and it's FREE"
Pros: I have an elderly neighbor that always needs help on her computer. I will be installing this on her machine so I can keep maintained and help her when needed. I have tested ShowMyPC on my roommate's wireless laptop from my desktop and I was able to download, install, update, and run her security programs. This is an amazing piece of freeware.
Cons: Can't think of anything I don't like about it. Don't bother trying anything else.

Pros: Free!, Fast, easy, small, It cannot be easier to provide Remote Support!
Cons: The only thing I can complain about is no Windows 98 SE support...

"No Limitations, and super easy setup!"
Pros: I'm so happy for Peter Butler's email on remote support. I would have never found this program otherwise. It is what I've been looking for. Free program, easy to setup and run in minutes with no time limitations. (at least none that popped up yet). No installation files!
Cons: None yet. Just haven't tried outside of my home network. No file transfer support.

Pros: My sister is new to computers, so this program has been a Godsend in helping her with the multitude of problems that one encounters when first starting with the PC.
Fantastic! I recomend this to everyone.
