This latest dev fixes *lots* of bugs in previous versions, which have now been removed from circulation. It is still a dev, however, and is not finished. However, the HTTP component is nearly fully-implemented, and certainly bug-free so far as we know, and is a great solution for those that have to put up with Netscape's tendancy to close file transfers prematurely if it gets 'bored'.
