"Take control of your windows"
Pros: You can control your windows setting up transparency, order or the way it will minimize. ShellEnhancer allow set up a "profile" for a single program.
You can also create a set of keystrokes (like macros) which you can assign to a hotkey and use it in any software. It's a must have for day-by-day.
Cons: Windows may behavior a little strangely sometimes, depending of the software, but you can also set to turn off the "enhancer" for a single window. It's an OS limitation by the way.

"3.5 stars doesn't change apearance as much as behavior"
Pros: it didn't lockup and i like the mosaic view replacement of alt+tab and the roll up feature is cool,still getting to know this app but above average
Cons: might be a bit too many options,it takes a while to sort them all out
