Bug fixes and improvements:

Fixed the "Time Zones" (virtual locations) list in the city selector, which was accidentally disabled in a prior version

"Atomic Time" synch function: unresponsive servers are now correctly ignored;

Added progress indicator; Clock Setter executable is now digitally signed

Alarm messages can now have line breaks (the Add / Edit Alarm button does not catch the return key anymore)

Corrected the time zone for Puerto Ayora, Ecuador

Import / Export function: "Cities" and "Countries" are now unchecked by default, to avoid overwriting fixed files with older versions.
