I was racking my brains trying to find a program that would let me pull songs and videos off of my I-Pod. After downloading this program, I checked "My Computer" and clicked on the I-Pod. You can pull songs and videos off of your I-Pod simply by using drag and drop from C drive to wherever you want on your computer. Your videos are listed on the IPOD as MP4. Anyway, by using this Sharepod program I was able to figure it out.

No cons just common sense ideas.
Summary
It's a great program. There is a donation button on the Sharepod website. I'll donate because they gave me some pretty good information and the song names are easily transferable by using this tool.

After wrestling with MANY iPod to PC softwares, many of them commercial, I found SharePod. Worked better than any of the others and backed-up 1163 files of music in less than 5 minutes. Thank you SharePod guys for existing!!!!
