"Ability to share Outlook Calendar without Exchange!"

Pros
Perfect product who wants to share Microsoft Outlook Calendar between multiple computers without Microsoft Exchange Server. It has easy to setup sharing wizard. Works with different versions of OS and different versions of Microsoft Outlook.
Cons
You can not share calendar between computers which have same email account configured.

Confusing - does not always sync properly. Tech support is only online and spotty at best. Help feature of the software is also confusing. Users do not like it at all.
Summary
Brought the product but am now trying to get a refund to no avail. Buyer beware!!

when my user needed to change to another laptop after a year, they wont reactivate the license unless i buy the 1 year support upgrade!!!Summary
this is totally unacceptable.
if i cant upgrade to a new version, fine!
but this is downright mercenarial if i am not even permitted to reactivate my license for the older verisons!!! -
"Easy to use Calendar software."

Pros
I am not very tech minded person however our company required to Share Calendar. Exchange server was not the right solution for us due to high cost and after purchase maintenance. ShareCalendar proved to be reliable software for Sharing different calendars amongst 5 users. Set up was easy to do by following online documentation. Use does not require frequent intervention into the settings. The price was just right for our tight budget. In the end if your company needs to share calendars in MS Outlook I am confident that this software is the way to go.
Cons
For me it was complicated to purchase software via their website, however support provided me with the quote wand purchase instructions within minutes after the request via email. Their was technical glitch but technical support managed to solve it as well.

"Works well for small business"

Calendars sync with little interaction. The price is right and it is fairly easy to setup.
Cons
The more users you add the harder it seems to keep calendars in sync. We have 4 licences and they work great for scheduling appointments but when an appointment is cancelled or removed from a calendar the person MUST SEND a cancellation notice at that point or the item will not get removed from anyone elses and its hard to reconcile it later. And removing reocurring appointments causes issues to. We have learned to ALWAYS send a notice for anything we change in our calendars. I would recommend this for a small group of 3 or less.

"Solid Software - Awsome Technical Support"

Our small business was not capable of using standard network calendar sharing and has found ShareCalendar a perfect solution. We initially had some problems, but technical support was persistent and solved our troubles. This is some of the best after market software support I have experienced. Now we can view selected calendars and schedules. This has streamlined communication and productivity.
Cons
Because information is e-mailed, you will want to encrypt the e-mail calendar updates if the data is sensitive.
