"Great game overall!"
Version: ShadowFlare: Episode One 1.0
Pros
I liked the graphics. The monsters were well generated and varied. The companion kicked butt! I did't mind the music at all....it was pretty soothing.
Unlike some games music that wants to make you commit suicide after only 20 minutes.
Cons
I didn't like the Item, vrs. merchant window interface. Buying and moving one damn pill, capsule or meat from one screen to another was agonizing after awhile.
I almost quit playing because of that. They need to rewrite the code for episode 1, so that you can move entire groups of pills, capsules, or meats, between the merchant window, item window or storage shed window easier.!
After clearing out an entire dungeon or ruins you have numerous items to collect and identify and upgrade and/or sell to the various merchants. Transferring things item, by item, by item, by item, one thing at a time, really blows!
PLEASE MAKE THE MERCHANT WINDOW AND ITEM WINDOW INTERFACE MORE USER FRIENDLY!!!!!!!!

"good game... pretty standard diablo style RPG"
Version: ShadowFlare: Episode One 1.0
Pros
no kinks in the program. Pretty smooth game play, just an old style low graphic RPG
Cons
You have to start killing everything all over everytime you restart. That's fine when you're online, but I literally counted 489 dead goblins and I think I got 1xp per goblin.
Very repeatative... If you were play rpg's back in the late 80's early 90's this is the same.
