    "v7 is Completely Unusable"

    Admin Interface is a complete mess.

    Summary

    We are a long time corporate user of Serv U who had purchased many licenses of their previous versions which were all EXCELLENT. We upgraded to the v7 of the product to get some benefits noted in the feature release. We bought the corporate license given that it was a live environment situation only to find the entire admin interface had been changed to an un-workable mess. I can't stress how bad it functioned and how unintuitive it was to use. The previous versions were light years better than the new version (which is no longer available anywhere). No refund policy as well. We uninstalled and reverted back to the previous version once we found the installer app on one of our servers.
