Version: Serious Sam II demo
Pros: Goofy, lively gameplay. Imaginative graphics.
Cons: Crashes my whole computer EVERY TIME I PLAY! Tried every bug fix and remedy from the website and message boards, still no go. If you have an NVIDIA FX 5600 don't even bother trying. I have many other resource-needy games (Doom 3, Quake, Far Cry, Painkiller) & have never had a problem.

"Sluggish, poor video, poor sound. Game concept looks intriguing"
Pros: I like the attitude of the game as well as the general look and feel of this strange world. They seem very close to recapturing that strange other-world feeling from the last game, but in a different sci-fi way. Some good possability here if only it didn't run like a dog!
Cons: I've got a 2.4Ghz P4 with Nvida FX5200, SoundBlaster Live! card. It's a nice fast DELL system, but this game ran very slowly on anything but 'minimal' setting. Jerky video/game play, garbled, scratchy sound - so bad I had to mute. There's some serious problems here. Perhaps after some patches the game will work, but as is I would not purchase - no way! Shooting at multicoloured light flying things - when the background is also multicoloured reflective and moving and I sometimes didn't even know what I was aiming at. Being chased by 6 helicopters could be fun, but it's almost like they used the same code for running animals as they did for helicopters... they would just run into you or buildings and crash themselves. I felt like I got shot 100 times yet nothing happened to me. It's a bit hard to even see that they are shooting at you. Bring back the head-less bombers " Arrrrgggghhhh "

Version: Serious Sam II demo
Pros: Haven't had so much fun for ages! But I must admit that after playing for the first time, it left me confused, it was nothing I expected... But after playing it for 10th time, I can only say it ROCKZZZ!!!
Cons: Demo level was waaay too short. But after watching credits movie, this seems more like a bad decision made by developers than what this game will really be about.

"erm...........havent i seen this before?"
Pros: like the previous games, serious sam is all-out action, which is great!
everyone likes solid constant action right?
Cons: Er........its almost the same as before!!!!
the weapons are more modern as are the enemies
the graphics are a little better than they used to be (though not good enough)
BUT THATS IT!!!
everything else is frankly the same or even worse
it doesnt even run well with some graphic cards
and again, its all the same
u dont even need to think - all the enemies seem to come straight at you, theres no variety, its all just shoot shoot shoot!
after waiting so long since the previous serious sam game, this is extremely disappointing!
