Publisher's Description
From Rob Buckley:
Send Complex HTML with Inline Files 2004 (SCHWIF2004) will
- take an arbitrary HTML file and embed it in an outgoing Entourage message
- better still, it will parse the HTML for links to files (images, etc)...
- attach the files to the message with base64 encoding (using UNIX magic to guess the MIME type)...
- then rewrite the HTML to reference the attachments rather than the local files.
- If you run the script on a draft message, whatever text you type into the message body will be used as the plain text alternative to the HTML (for HTML-incompatible clients).
What's new in this version:
- Fixed a bug that would incorrectly warn OS X 10.3 users they couldn't use the script
- Added support for background images referenced using attributes in the body tag or in stylesheets
- Fixed a problem with Exchange server address books following previous Entourage update
- Still no support for non-ASCII characters in From/To/Subject fields, etc. Sorry. I'm working on it
- Improved the documentation slightly
- Added a warning for pre OS X 10.3 users See all new features
