Version: SemSim Router Simulator For CCNA 2.2.1

"Lacking in customer support after you pay for it."

Pros: Demo looks good.

Cons: Could not get the paid version to register and can not get a response to my emails.

Summary: Bought the Semsim CCNA complete study pack and can't get it to register and have sent numerous emails to get help with it but did not get any responses. They also do not list a phone number. Trying to get a refund.
