"Rip-Off, Don't Be Fooled"
Summary: This program is way too expensive compared to other alternatives. It is $10 a month ($120 a year for a chat program). The employees of the company have taken names away from users for no good reason, and then refuse to refund the money. I have seen users personal information (name, address, telephone number) posted in public chat rooms on this program more than one time. (It was done by employees of the company logging on under different user names, and then bragging about it later on.) At any one time there is a maximum of about 200 people on this program, when paltalk can fit that many in one room. The program does not work well with XP, when I asked for tech support I never got it, all I was told was that the program was designed to work best with 2000. The lag on the program is unbearable, their servers must be very slow, because I have a cable connection, a P4 2.4 ghz, and 512 mb RAM, and I was getting bad quality camera rates, and could not see the text chat in the room. And the free trial is only for a few minutes, then you must buy the program, and when you log on with the free version you are only allowed into one area where there is about 5 people. I would say that all of the recommendations, come from the owners of the program. It is simply not worth the money compared to Paltalk, ICUII, Yahoo, or ISPQ. And uninstalling it was a total headache.
