Version: Security Task Manager 1.7h
"Google Spy Protector"
Pros: I researched before I tried!!!
Cons: It's supporting software "Spyprotector" is pegged by the net as more of a "Spyscammer". From the looks of this Security Task Mannager is nothing more than a ploy to get you to buy this rogue antispyware garbage hunk of malware.
Summary: I read about five different blogs, reviews, and forums about this so callled Spy Protector that you can purchase with Security Task Manager and they all said it was essentially a scam. Now it could just be quincidence that this spyware program is named the sam but why risk it. If a company isn't smart enought to rename their product to somthing else if there is a similar spyware/malware threat then why on earth would I want to do buisness with them. Bassicly manage the risk, save yourself some trouble and hit the Red X in the upper right corner on this one.
