FREE! Super fast, easy to use, plays nice with explorer. A substantial improvement over the convoluted mess that is Windows7 search! Did I mention it's FREE!
Cons
Manual install. But if you don't know how to create a folder and a shortcut you probably shouldn't using anything but commercial programs anyway.

Some might think there are too many options showing at once; I don't.
Summary
Although the single panel for entering your search options may confuse some at first, it's a lot easier than having to dig deeper and request and advanced search panel when your first Windows search doesn't return what you want.
