ScriptMail for Mac

ScriptMail v0.5 a neat little application that checks email. What it does with the email is unique. Providing that the email it retrieves passes two security checks, it reads the content of the message, and executes commands it finds.
There are five types of commands it can execute:
1. It can compile an applescript sent in the message, provided that it is formatted in plain text. *
2. It can execute built it actions: restart, or shutdown the computer. **
3. It can launch applications (or applescripts) in a special folder called "Launch Apps." Yes, you can place aliases there too.
4. It can send you an email with instructions on how to use it and the contents of the "Launch Apps" folder.
5. The Carbon version only can also execute shell commands when running under Mac OS X.
* There are special things to consider when compiling and running applescripts this way.
** Due to the limitation in Mac OS X's Finder, the shutdown and restart functions are not yet supported. It does work great in system 9.1.
