"Frustrating to use"

Records screens fine
The hot key for pause doesn't work, and you need to right click and find "stop" or "pause" in the menu to stop recording. The support is almost non-existent. There is a pdf user guide, but they don't even address how to use the editing part of the software. It's crashed a few times and I've had to restart it because it was glitchy several times too. And the trial versions with the "watermark" features a logo that bounces around the screen, getting in the way of the video. Completely unusable.
I'm sorry I bought this. I'm frustrated and unhappy with the product. I am glad I have Adobe Premiere Pro to edit with, at least.
