"Great Features. Needs Improvement on Streaming Perform"

Pros
Full featured, perfect to collaborate with others on your video. I love the comment box feature. Great service for small business. The security that is available on the folders is terrific. The simple, inline branding is a major plus.
Cons
The uploader crashed and require reboot. TechSmith recommends using .mp4 files but the playback quality is very poor and the amount of time to stream and play was unusable 10 min on a 104.mb file. Access to live tech support difficult.
Summary
do love the features on this site but I still have not seen any adequate streaming. The .wmv files are playing slightly better than the .mp4 files. Certainly the quality of the video is better with .wmv however the TechSmith folks state that the site is optimized for .mp4. This just doesn't seem to be working well though and I don't know how to talk to someone to see if it is a result of being on a trial account or if they are having some sort of site issues.
Link to my test site so if you see something I've done wrong you can help me mend the error of my ways. Really want ScreenCast to succeed because their potential seems perfect.

Pros
easy to use, easy to upload content and free up to 2gb. not that pricey if you want to upgrade to the pro version. which I haven't done yet, but I am very tempted as it seems good for my needs.
Cons
my anti virus protection seems to like is as much as I do! So No conflicts so far.!
Summary
I think this is a fab site, it's user friendly, and very easy to navigate around it also has a video guide when you first login (advisable to watch rather than skip this step) especially for the not so good at computer tech stuff. The blog pages are good too,most info and help subjects I found very useful and easy to follow.
And if you are a budding musician and want to know how to upload your music to itunes, then this is the place for you!
..there is also an option to download the desktop uploader, wich is so much easier to do.. saves time which is important in most peoples busy lifestyles.
