"Loaded with malware and non related garbage."
Pros
Does what it says it will. Screen shots, window shots, loads to designated folder with hotkey or tray click. Might actually continue to use this filthy program
Cons
DIRTY RATS loaded search toobar, new homepage, several plugins and some questionable MALWARE to IE after downloading and installing the program. REALLY??? Totally unacceptable. IF I wanted a blekko toolbar, I'd load it myself. I don't need to spend 15 minutes removing all your junk, then another HOUR running every virus and malware program I have to make sure you didn't INFECT me with something else since the programmer has shown themselves to be completely untrustworthy!
Summary
DO NOT install this. NOT a trustworthy source. CNET needs to review this again!

Agree with some of the cons, I carefully not to click to install all those toolbars but somehow CouponCompanion is also installed with this cnet download. And this rack up the ping to a site: http://i.trkjmp.com/crossdomain.xml
which my antivirus keeps popping up and quarantined the outbound query. Now I don't trust CNET stuff anymore. Maybe CNET does not consider that as a malware. WTH. So please do yourself a favor, DON'T install it. -
This program is safe, just as long as you pay attention to the install options. It is always best to select "custom installation" when installing any new program as that is where you will have the option to to opt out of their spyware, homepage changing, tool bar installing crap. Most free programs that do this have all these boxes checked as the default and ScreenHunter is no different. If you pay attention these little tricks, intended to take advantage of the lazy, the next time you download something, you will save yourself a lot of time and grief in the long run.

With all the free garbage out here I believe this negative review. I had same experiences with few other similar "free" programs where I had to spend 30+ minutes removing all the garbage that was installed without me knowing including having my homepage changed. Thanks for the heads up Tweetey :)
