They do give you a list of the 12 addons that they installed for IE, Firefox and Chrome with instructions how to rid yourself of them.
Cons
With one click you get get IE Toolbar by SweetPacks, Updater By SweetPacks, PC Optimizer Pro, SearchDonkey and, of course Wisdom-soft ScreenHunter. You will have to uninstall them individually. It had the record video grayed out, I assume you have to pay for that. After installation when surfing the web I would be randomly removed from that site to go to an ad.
Summary
Screencast-O-Matic is what I replaced this with. It seems to work fine. I used to feel safe installing software from CNET. I hope this is not a new trend.

Nothing...this is completely full of spam bs ware.
Cons
Sadly it assured me CNET had checked it for virus/spam just before I downloaded it. It installs some weird browser extension that takes a bit of digging to remove since I found it still lurking in several places.
Summary
Horrible spam software. Avoid like the plague.
Agree with this post. Full of malware. Just pure crap and not what I expect of CNET. Clearly, CNET is not the trusted site it once was.

I'd give free version the thumbs up for the simplicity I want except for my Con remark below.
Cons
Comparison chart doesn't give full story! The free version would do all I want if it enabled me to choose filenames for each image. The Auto filename feature that comes with the free version is pointless as names are non-descriptive apart from save date!
Summary
Be prepared to pay for Pro version in order to allocate your preferred file names. Now I must consider staying with my legacy program or look elsewhere.

IT loaded 3 tool bars, and I don't know how many popups. I had to run malware bytes to clean up the mess it made of IE.

CNET, this is awful. after many years of trusting this site, I have stopped looking to CNET for downloads. With all the crying about 'illegal downloads', I'd rather be the crook than the one 'legally' mugged by CNET and companies that pay them to clog my system with this crap.

Summary
It took me an hour to remove the added software, named Mixidj, which is categorized as a virus, and Strongvault and some Deal software... it also hijacked the home page and search engine of all of my browsers...if you get this program, make sure you go to your programs and uninstall EVERYTHING that was added the same day as you installed this.

Everything about it. + I spent almost an hour getting rid of all the crap they piggybacked onto my computer and changing all my settings back to the way I want them to be. These JERKS really pissed me off!!

Don't download this unless you want to spend about an hour cleaning all the crap extensions, toolbars ETC that they piggyback onto your computer & also chacnge your homepage ETC. I REALLY HATE SOFTWARE PROVIDERS THAT SCREW WITH YOU & YOUR COMPUTER LIKE THAT.
