Version: ScreenChopper 1.0.1
"Simple to use, does the job, and it's free."
Pros: I found Screenchopper very easy to use from the first time I used it. I was able to "chop" one element on the screen; save it; and then, using Pixia, paste it into a different illustration. It is good for cropping photos or art that are surrounded by unnecessary and unwanted background; the cropping can be done before the picture is saved, rather than saving it as is and doing the cropping later with another program.
Cons: When a picture larger was than the screen, and the part I wanted to chop was also, there appeared to be no way to chop it.
