    "Description leads to confusion"

    "Turns desktop into virtual camera?"

    Cons

    Sounds like they skipped a step. Don't you need a real webcam to start with that the program can provide a control panel for? Otherwise you'd need to have a magical monitor.

    Summary

    If the description of a program is unclear, it sounds dubious to start with.
