"It does turn desktop into webcam"

Pros
Easy to use and excellent to make tutorials plus works with Skype, UStream, BlogTV so it makes it easy to broadcast my desktop in real-time and provide tutorials and help for my clients.
Cons
It could have a imge overlay feature to pur my company's logo but I've heard ScreenCamera.Net has it. I have being willing to check it out.

Excellent product because it's lightweigth and does what it claims to do.

Cons
Sounds like they skipped a step. Don't you need a real webcam to start with that the program can provide a control panel for? Otherwise you'd need to have a magical monitor.
Summary
If the description of a program is unclear, it sounds dubious to start with.
