Pros
This is an excellent software to use if you want to record the screen, it consumes very little RAM, loads easily, infact installing and uninstalling is very handy and quick. One can never loose this type of freewae with such a great functionality. Very user friendly interface. Small in size.
Cons
It lacks more options to customize your recorded video, and it saves as an exe file instead it should have given an option to save in other formats. The file size is also large, so be careful.

Pros
The interface is extremely simple, as there are no options. You simply start it and it records what you do on the screen until you stop it.
Cons
There are no options to do any customizing on your results, you simply get exactly what you did on the screen (you can do voice recording with it). The .exe file it generated didn't seem to be very small, I did a 26 second test and the file was 600kb. Another freeware program to check out is Wink - this allows many more options, but because it doesn't record everything exactly it can seem jerky at times.
Screen2exe would be very good if you're simply looking for something to quickly record what you're doing on the screen.
