From Michael Lindell :

Screen Paver lets you display an unlimited number of your own JPEG or bitmap images as a screensaver. You can control the length of time each image is displayed, stretch or shrink the image to fill the screen, include transition effects, and display a personal message over the images. Password protection is also supported. This version update adds options to remember the last image displayed, and to pick up where the system left off. There is the option to change wallpaper automatically for the last image displayed. It can also ignore mouse movements. The cost to register this shareware program is $10.
