The Rotating-25 Excel spreadsheet creates rotating or fixed shift schedules for up to 25 shifts per day for 25 people for up to a 52-week period. It is ideal for rotating days off in a 24/7 operation or rotating weekend coverage in cases where your weekend needs are different than your weekday needs. Shifts can be any length including the popular 8- and 12-hour shifts as well as lesser used 10-hour shifts. The program includes 97 predefined 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shift schedules for your use. It also has an overtime tally and scheduler so you can easily assign and keep track of overtime hours. Charts show shift coverage for the 52-week period. The spreadsheet produces individual and group schedules and comes in sizes for 10, 25, 50, 100, and 200 employees. The download package also includes a “How to Build a Rotating Schedule” spreadsheet that gives step-by-step instructions on how to create rotating shift schedules.
