"Decent, but needs improvement"
Version: Scarabay 3.07 beta
Pros
Does what it says it'll do. Will run from a USB drive, so you can take it with you anywhere.
Cons
With Firefox, you can only drag-and-drop usernames and passwords, you can't use the one-click login feature.
Summary
Honestly, theres a million other password managers out there that use drag and drop, and most do it better than this. It's pretty easy to figure out how to use it, although if you do need help, the help section is written in broken english, like it was written by someone who only began english lessons yesterday. Which also kinda describes much of the program's interface, actually. Maybe it sounds silly to nitpick over spelling, but how willing are you to trust your confidential login information to someone who can't spell "paste" or "web page" correct??

"Good but could not get it to work properly with Firefox"
Version: Scarabay 3.07 beta
Pros
This is a neat little program. Has lots of configurable options and plenty of secure toys. Brilliant add on to IE.
Cons
This software seems to work best attached to IE. I personally could not get the Firefox autofill to work which made it next to useless for me.

"Practical and extremely easy to use"
Version: Scarabay 2.8
Pros
I have tried lots of programs to help me handle the many passwords I use in my everyday surfing. In my opinion, Scarabay is the easiest and most practical password manager and generator. And it's free! Its extremely simple interface is its main virtue. The programs allows you to enter urls, so a simple click of the mouse takes you there. You don't even have to copy and paste your passwords, you can drag and drop them with your mouse.
Cons
There's a minor bug. When scarabay is open, windows won't shut down. You have to manually close scarabay in order to shut down windows.
