From UCSoft :SampleCalc translates a given length in seconds of an audio sample into tempo in beats per minute (BPM). Numbers of measures and beat resolution can be adjusted. SampleCalc also includes a time and tempo stretch rate calculator for adjusting tempo or time to a fixed value. Length can be read directly from WAV files. Additionally, help is now included, the percentage of change can now be calculated in reverse, and some bugs have been fixed. The length of a song can be calculated from tempo and number of measures as well as length of single notes.
