"Seems to be very impressive, I plan on buying it."
Version: Sammy Sosa High Heat Baseball 2001 beta demo
Summary
I had some initial problems running the game, and it will occasionally have graphical distortions and texture mixups (the Yankee uniforms will sometime replace the field textures). Maybe the mixups are because the demo is beta, but all I need to do is save the game and exit the program, then run it again. The graphics are nothing special, at least not on a Celeron 366 at 800x600. The features seem to be pretty good, nothing spectacular, but nothing seems to be left out. From what I understand, the career mode will be like that of NHL 2000, where a new season begins after the old one.

"The best sports game I have ever played"
Version: Sammy Sosa High Heat Baseball 2001 beta demo
Summary
All I can say is "WOW." I have always been one of those gamers that takes a sports game, plays a couple of times, and becomes invisible to the computer. This game is even a challenge on Rookie setting, and the computer AI is unmatched. Kudos to 3DO. All it needs is better graphics and a utility to modify player pics.

Summary
This game has awesome graphics and is very fun to play. The seasons and roster are the same as the MLB. It is an exciting game and I would recommend it to everyone.
