"Misleading. AFTER you install, tells you its a trial!"

I don't do business with "bait and switch" sales tactics.Cons
Misleading. AFTER you go thru the install process, it informs you it is a 30 day trial, with purchase reqd!

Pros
Let's me use my Outlook and Exchange server for Contact management. Pretty Cool! feature saving emails to contacts. The document management feature was a great surprise.
Cons
None so far.
Summary
I can manage everything from Outlook, no extra synching to other databases. Wow this software Rocks!

Cool product, CRM requires some work on youur part but it is worth it in the end. Can't live without it now.
